Run

4.6.1 · What it is

Someone running the floor with you when you need a head of AI but not a full-time one. A plan agreed with the sponsor, standing meetings with the groups on the roadmap, vendor conversations handled, governance kept current, people moving into their new roles, and a report the partnership or the board can read.

The retainer keeps the roadmap moving between projects and gives you a standing answer to the question of who is responsible.

4.6.2 · Who it is for

Mid-tier firms and in-house legal teams after an assessment or a build, when there is a floor plan and nobody on it full time.

Courts and tribunals that want a standing adviser as the practice notes and the pilots evolve.
